1) Eat more fat This will surprise many people, how on earth tells you to eat more fat. Well fat helps the body to absorb insulin which makes it easier for your body to control blood sugar. However it needs to be the right type of fat - unsaturated Omega-3 fat.
2) Do strength exercises Exercises increase insulin absorption by small amount, but to be most effective you need to exercise your whole body by doing exercises aimed at increasing strength. Obviously don't overdo it, but a few pushups everyday will begin to help and give you more energy.
3) Relax more Staying calm helps to regulated blood sugar - glucose levels are raised by stress. Try meditation and breathing exercises to help you relax, and also try to avoid anything that causes stress.
